This summer has been flying! full speed!
It's been such a good summer.
S is moving here in a few days and I couldn't be more excited! Our long distance is over! Hallelujah!
I never thought this day would come, but it's here, and i'm shaking.

The pictures above are from our backpacking trip a few weeks ago.

 It was beautiful.

This past week was crazy. craaaazaay.

Last weekend was my roommates wedding, which I attended as a "maid of honor", what an honor! She is now currently or possibly returning from the land of vast green fields, castles and red hair. Ireland. Really? blah. What a dream that woman lives. I would love to be there about...now...nay to return.

Also this past week...

...was S's graduation. My grandfather, sis #2, and I, all drove the long road of I-80, through the treacherously windy state of wyoming and saw my darling walk his first steps as a college graduate. I have never been so proud. I thought for a moment that it was me graduating, until I remembered that I wasn't  and I feel as though I never will...(I will have you one day, you dumb bachelors!! (*enter desired curse word*)) We had such a great trip it was hard to come back to the office, nonetheless I came back and somehow enjoyed work. (sick!) I love my work.

I started school on monday, so my blog posts will definitely become more frequent. I always come up with these brilliant posts (1) every time I open up a textbook. I love school!

(1) brilliant posts in this contexts means brilliant in your mind but when actually written down is terrible. The post will sit as a draft for months at a time, deleted eventually and/or posted with much regret.

My heart goes out to those in Boston
When things such as this happen, I become very scared about this world we live in. How can it be so beautiful and yet so devastating. My instagram friend had a very inspirational post, that I would like to share with you.

"Today I kept hearing how awful and corrupt our world is..No. Our world is great....For everyone who plants a bomb there are hundreds more running a marathon. For every one person who makes a joke about death dying you have thousands more donating blood, offering prayers and donating their time.  Things like this are the faults of single individuals who make violent, loud statements. We just have to make sure the states of the good are louder." (dejamak)

Out of all the many people that I have come to know in my lifetime, there are a select few that have brought me such happiness and are extremely special to me. I am always surrounded by such positive, genuine and kind people. I am so lucky! Whatever our futures may hold, I am so glad to know that we will be in each others hearts forever.  and happy birthday to my soul sister miyuki!
